1. How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. Orders: 7–14 business days

  • International Orders: 14–31 business days
    Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on customs and local delivery services.

2. Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! Tracking information will be uploaded as soon as possible after your order is shipped. You can check your order status anytime on our “Track My Order” page.

3. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, please contact our customer support team.

4. What if I receive a defective item?

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

5. What if my package arrives damaged?

We carefully package all orders, but once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for damaged packages caused during transit. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping usually takes 14–31 business days, depending on the destination.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.

9. My tracking says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they arrive. Please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, contact the carrier directly.
